How to Rent Your Week

Unit Use Procedures:
All owners or renters are required to notify the resort if someone else will be using their week(s), prior to the guest(s) arrival. Permission must be granted prior to arrival, this must be done in writing, phone calls will not be accepted as we have no way of verifying the person on the phone. Owners or renters can notify the resort at time of check-in if someone will be joining them, or if the owner or renter is not using their full time and someone else will be coming in.
Exchange Transfers Only
Transferring an exchange is only possible with an RCI Guest Certificate. The RCI Member who has received the confirmed exchange is the ONLY individual who may request a Guest Certificate. For more information Contact RCI at 800-338-7777.
Nuisance By-Law :
Any owner, guest, renter, or exchange user who creates a nuisance, disturbance, disorderly conduct, or causes discomfort and unhappiness to other guests or staff, may be asked to leave the Resort. If the owner, guest, renter or exchange user does not leave the Resort voluntarily, the director of the Resort reserves the right to involve the local authorities to remove them from the property.
