Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ruth is actively engaged in various business associations and philanthropic endeavors. Serving as the co-chair for the Capital Projects Committee for Hope Hospice exemplifies her commitment to community welfare. Additionally, Ruth plays a pivotal role in a steering committee focused on the incorporation of Lehigh Acres, FL, the town she calls home.

As a seasoned resident of Orlando, Florida, Randy has become a leading authority on the local holiday home, vacation home, and rental markets. Margie J. Walden Secretary

Margie Walden is a highly regarded individual within the vibrant city of Delray Beach, where she currently holds the prestigious position of Executive Vice President for the Alliance of Delray. This influential civic association encompasses 86 homeowner and condo communities, stretching from the Everglades to the ocean, and represents a substantial population of 100,000 residents in greater Delray Beach.

Margie’s leadership extends to her role as the Alliance of Delray’s representative to the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, where she actively contributes to both the Economic Development and Political Action Committees. Her dedication to community service is evident through her involvement in key initiatives, including the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition (WARC) and her appointments to the Parking Management Advisory Board.

Recognized for her commitment to civic engagement, Margie has received appointments by Palm Beach County Commissioner Burt Aaronson to serve on the Board of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission and by Commissioner Steve Abrams to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals (CBAA).

Beyond her civic endeavors, Margie serves as a Commission member of the Franciscan Allegany Ministries, Inc., representing Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. She also holds a distinguished position as a Board member of the Spady Cultural Heritage Museum.
