Robyn Rocco’s professional journey is marked by academic excellence, holding degrees in Business and Fine Arts in Interior Design. Her career commenced with significant experience at a commercial design firm, providing the foundation for her current influential roles at Landex. Currently, Robyn serves as the Corporate Office Manager at Landex Realty, Inc., and concurrently holds the esteemed position of Vice President at Landex Resorts International, Inc., the parent company. Adding to her professional repertoire, Robyn is a licensed Florida Real Estate agent and CAM.

In her current capacities, Robyn skillfully manages assets surpassing 10 billion in insurable value for a clientele of over 4,000 individuals spread across the 16 associations in the Landex portfolio. Demonstrating a consistent track record, she annually generates an average of $3,000,000 in rental revenue. Her multifaceted responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, with a specific focus on properties like the Dover House Resort and Berkshire on the Ocean in Delray Beach. Noteworthy is Robyn’s instrumental role in securing the Florida Green Lodging Designation status for the resort through the Department of Environmental Protections.

Robyn’s professional affiliations include esteemed organizations such as the National Realtors Association, the Community Association Institute, and the United States Green Building Coalition. Drawing on fifteen years of extensive education and service industry experience, she exhibits unwavering dedication to delivering optimal real estate solutions for each client she serves.

Leonardo Lucena, Regional Manager

Leonardo Lucena, a distinguished graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a specialization in Real Estate from Florida International University, embarked on his professional journey by entering the real estate industry. His career commenced by leasing condominiums for Swire Realty in Brickell Miami, setting the stage for his ventures in the dynamic world of real estate.

Venturing into the global landscape, Leonardo played a pivotal role in acquiring real estate for Fortune 100 companies, contributing significantly to the establishment of regional headquarters in Medellin, Colombia. This international experience broadened his perspective and added depth to his professional expertise.

Upon returning to the United States, Leonardo assumed a key managerial role, overseeing a substantial real estate investment portfolio valued at nearly $2.5 billion for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). His responsibilities included the direct management of a high-profile Class B retail plaza, covering approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Leonardo’s journey with Landex commenced in 2013 when he took on the role of General Manager. Currently serving as the Regional Manager, he stands as a driving force behind Landex’s expansion in east coast operations. In this capacity, he oversees a rental program generating an average annual aggregate revenue of $3,000,000, reflecting his commitment to curating a luxurious and unparalleled experience for both owners and renters within the portfolio.

In his present position, Leonardo adeptly manages three prominent resorts: Dover House, Berkshire on the Ocean, and The Grove Beach. His extensive experience, adaptive leadership style, and innovative approach solidify his standing as an invaluable asset to the Landex team. Leonardo’s unwavering commitment to excellence and strategic vision continues to shape the success and growth of Landex in the vacation rental market.

Heidi Cerreta, Resort Manger

Heidi’s story at The Dover House began in September 2012 when she joined as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, her dedication and skills propelled her to the position of Assistant General Manager in 2014, and she now proudly holds the role of Resort Manager, a position she assumed in January 2024.


Embracing a commitment to professional development, Heidi successfully graduated from Gold Coast School, earning her certification as a Community Association Manager in 2014. Furthering her educational pursuits, she obtained her Real Estate license from Palm Beach College in 2015. Heidi specializes in guest relations, rentals, and providing crucial support to the teams at The Dover House and Landex Resorts International.


With an impressive 30-year tenure in hospitality management, Heidi’s journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence. Her profound impact on The Dover House Resort is evident through her unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional guest services.

James Edwards, Rental Supervisor

James Edwards is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in restaurant management, direct sales, and hospitality. Prior to joining Landex in 2013, he honed his skills in various customer-focused industries, cultivating a deep understanding of client needs and service excellence. At the heart of his career is a passion for building meaningful relationships with clients and guests, a trait that has consistently contributed to his success in the hospitality sector. James’s commitment to excellence and his ability to connect with people have been key drivers in his professional journey, making him a valuable asset to the Landex team.

Daniel Vasquez, Operations Manager

Daniel Vasquez, the Operations Manager, originally hails from Colombia and made the United States his home in 2014. He pursued his academic endeavors at Florida Atlantic University, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in international business. Drawing upon a solid foundation in hospitality, Daniel has dedicated several years to the industry. Since his affiliation with Landex in 2017, he has assumed the role of Operations Manager.

In his current capacity, Daniel oversees three distinct properties in Delray Beach: The Dover House Resort, The Berkshire on The Ocean, and The Grove Beach Condominiums. His responsibilities involve maintaining consistent communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure the seamless operation of the company. Daniel’s commitment lies in keeping operational activities on schedule and within budget, reflecting his dedication to the efficient and effective management of the properties under his purview.
