Heidi’s story at The Dover House began in September 2012 when she joined as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, her dedication and skills propelled her to the position of Assistant General Manager in 2014, and she now proudly holds the role of Resort Manager, a position she assumed in January 2024.

Embracing a commitment to professional development, Heidi successfully graduated from Gold Coast School, earning her certification as a Community Association Manager in 2014. Furthering her educational pursuits, she obtained her Real Estate license from Palm Beach College in 2015. Daniel Vasquez, the Operations Manager, originally hails from Colombia and made the United States his home in 2014. He pursued his academic endeavors at Florida Atlantic University, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in international business. Drawing upon a solid foundation in hospitality, Daniel has dedicated several years to the industry. Since his affiliation with Landex in 2017, he has assumed the role of Operations Manager.
