Meet the Management
Ruth Anglickis, President Landex Resorts International, Inc.
Ruth began working for Landex in 1981 when the company was a fortune 500 company specializes in time-share, condominium and home-owners’ management, as well as real estate, development and marketing. She currently oversees the day to day operations of Landex and the staff currently managing over 15 Homeowner, Condominium, Commercial Condos, and Timeshare properties in excess of $30,000,000.00. Ruth is involved in may Business Associations and Charities. She serves as co-chair for the Capital Projects Committee for Hope Hospice and is currently helping with a steering committee to incorporate the town in which she lives, Lehigh Acres, FL. She is also a member of the Lehigh Acres and Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Community Association Institute, and the Kiwanis Club International.
Robyn Rocco, Vice President Landex Resorts CAM Dover House Resort
Robyn Rocco holds a degree in Business and a bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Prior to her career at Landex she worked for a commercial design firm. She is currently serving as the Corporate Office Manager of Landex Realty, Inc. in addition to being the Vice president of Landex Resorts International, Inc. (parent company). A licensed Florida Real Estate agent and CAM, Robyn presently manages assets for over 3,836 owners with a budget aggregate amount of $6,700,000 yearly; plus, on average 2,100,000 in rental revenue generated. Robyn’s duties include overseeing management overall direction, coordination, and, evaluation of day to day operations. The Dover House Resort and Grove Vacation Property in Delray Beach is some of the properties that Robyn oversees. Robyn proved instrumental in earning the resort a Florida Green Lodging Designation status through the Department of Environmental protections. She is a member of the National Realtor’s Association, the Community Association Institute, and the United States Green Building Coalition. With fifteen years of education and service industry experience Robyn is dedicated to providing every client with the very best solutions for their Real Estate needs.
Leonardo Dahbur, General Manager Dover House Resort
Leonardo Dahbur is a graduate from Florida International University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Real Estate. A licensed Florida Real Estate agent and Community Association Manager, Leonardo began his career leasing condos for Swire Realty in downtown Miami. He spent time abroad accruing real estate for fortune 100 companies establishing regional headquarters in Medellin, Colombia. Back in the states he managed a REIT on behalf of a privately owned real state investment portfolio with nearly $2.5 BN in holdings; directly managing a high profile Class B retail Plaza, consisting of approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space. As Executive Team Member for a Marriott Group he acted as Outlet Director managing the food and beverage department of a 4 star 4 diamond Resort with seven outlets. This role found him simultaneously managing a 150 seat fine dining restaurant; a poolside restaurant with 80 seats; a 20,000 sq. ft. banquet/meeting space; a tiki Bar; a Starbucks coffee shop; an upscale wine lounge, room services operations for the resort; and a pizzeria for casual dining. Joining the Landex family in 2012 as General Manager, he has become instrumental in expanding our market share of vacation rentals in our east coast operations. His experience and expertise make him an innovative and adaptive leader, a true asset to our team.
Meet the Board
Harry C. Powell, Jr. President
As a community developer, Mr. Powell was responsible for multi-millions in land and home sales. He believes in developing a relationship “where a handshake means a lasting friendship.” He was responsible for developing affordable land and housing. As a leader in Real Estate, Management, and Timesharing, Mr. Powell is well-known by all for his tutelage and involvement in many varied projects. His personal mission and vision statement is to create or manage a project to the satisfaction of the owners and customers. He welcomes you to the Dover House and looks forward to sharing in the good times!
David Golf, Vice President
An insightful decision maker, David directs company growth and operations. He has a track record for helping bring businesses with potential to national prominence. Since he joined MasterCorp in 1998, the company has grown 800%. A friend of the resort industry for decades, David’s genuine, considerate manner has helped him build many long-term relationships. David has a degree in law and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also achieved the ARDA designation of Registered Resort professional.
Robert "Randy" Black, Treasure
Randy has decades of experience selling vacation real estate for some of the biggest names in the vacation home and vacation property business including Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton and Bluegreen. A longtime resident of Orlando, Florida, Randy has become an expert on the Orlando holiday home and vacation home and rental markets in addition to his broad knowledge of USA property and Florida properties for sale. Randy is currently the President and Broker of Nordic Real Estate, LLC in Orlando, FL.
Margie J. Walden Secretary
Margie is well known in the city of Delray Beach. She currently serves as the executive VP for the Alliance of Delray, a civic association of 86 homeowner and condo communities spanning from the Everglades to the ocean and representing 100,000 people in greater Delray Beach. She is the Alliance of Delray representative to the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce where she participates in the Economic Development and Political Action Committees. She also serves on the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition (WARC) and has been appointed to serve on the parking Management Advisory Board. Margie has also been appointed by Palm Beach County Commissioner Burt Aaronson to serve on the Board of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission and by Commissioner Steve Abrams to serve on the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals (CBAA). Finally, she is a Commission member of the Franciscan Allegany Ministries, Inc. for Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties and a Board member of the Spady Cultural Heritage museum.
